This is due to the manufacture's requirements for returns. On all returns and if a shipping error was made, we will also refund postage & handling.




We will do everything possible to expedite the handling of your return. Please allow sufficient time for us to receive and inspect the merchandise. If you are requesting a credit card refund, please allow one billing cycle for credit to appear. Please note that there is a 10% restocking fee on all exchanges.

Back Order Policy
Occasionally, some products will be on back ordered.  You will be notified via email of the back order within 2-3 days of your purchase. You will not be charged until your order ships. All backorders will ship upon arrival at that point no cancellations will be accepted.
